Availability & Booking

Alternatively Lavender is available to book via both www.airbnb.com and www.tripadvisor.co.uk

We will reply by return.

Some important things:

• A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required on booking, with the balance being due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. If booked less than 8 weeks prior to commencement date then full amount required on booking. If cancellation is required due to a member of the party testing positve for Covid 19, or due to government restrictions we will make a full refund of monies paid less a £50 admin fee.
• One small to medium sized well behaved dog allowed (downstairs only please)
• No smoking in the property (but in the private courtyard is fine).
• We have enhaced our cleaning protocols to meet recommended guidelines for commercial holiday lets. This includes laundering at 60% and extensive cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces and high touchpoints prior to your stay.

Short Breaks

• Short breaks (Friday to Monday or Monday to Thursday) are available at 75% of the cost of a one week break subject to availability.
